Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily operations. The position is full-time (37-40 hours/week) with shifts across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Candidates must be able to perform POS and gas sales, manage cash, stock shelves, and supervise staff during their shift. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and payments.
• Ability to count, make change, and perform arithmetic.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and manage stocking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and scoop/deliver ice cream products.
• Efficiently operate the POS system and gas console and process transactions.
• Stock shelves, cold cases, and maintain product presentation.
• Maintain store security, cash controls, and adherence to policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe store environment.
• Complete time records and any required reports as assigned.
