Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. The role includes cash handling, POS and gas console operations, and supervising team members during 1st-3rd shifts.

The position requires adherence to all laws, company policies, and safety standards, with an emphasis on friendly guest interaction and efficient store performance. Training provided and advancement opportunities noted.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English well to communicate with customers.
• Able to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Able to lift and carry items as required and work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, cones, sundaes, and other ice cream products.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and maintain clean, presentable store areas.
• Follow security, cash handling, and tobacco/alcohol compliance procedures.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned by management.
