Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience and assist with daily store operations. You will guide team members, handle cash transactions, and ensure the store remains clean and well stocked during your shift.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to supervise, and adherence to all policies and safety standards, including alcohol and tobacco sale rules where applicable. On-site availability and full-time hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests.
• Ability to supervise a team and assist in shift operations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests throughout the shift.
• Supervise cash handling and gas sales using the POS and gas console.
• Ensure shelves and equipment are clean, stocked, and operating safely.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and time record accuracy.
