Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth shift operations. The role includes leading staff, supervising cash handling and POS use, and maintaining product presentation across the store.

The position requires compliance with all laws, policies, and safety standards, including alcohol/tobacco sales where permitted. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour with full-time hours (37–40 per week) and shifts that may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively.
• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales including alcohol/tobacco.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Assist with shakes, confections, and scooped items at DipSide.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Maintain stocked shelves, cold cases and display areas.
• Monitor safety and maintain store cleanliness and order.
