Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily store operations and ensure excellent guest service. You will lead on-shift teammates, handle cash and transactions, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere on a full-time schedule.

The role requires adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and legal requirements for alcohol and tobacco sales where applicable. You will report to the Store Manager and work 37–40 hours per week on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to follow store policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve guests.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Keep shelves and coolers stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
