Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily store operations and ensure outstanding Guest service. You will lead a team, handle cash, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards during the shift.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to operate POS and gas consoles. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd with full-time hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to each Guest.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Prepare and stock dipside items and beverages.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and equipment.
• Monitor store safety and security procedures.
• Complete time records and required documents.
