Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints. You will lead by example, guiding associates during peak hours and upholding store standards.

Responsibilities include running the dipside station, managing the POS and gas console, and maintaining stock levels and cleanliness. This role requires strong English communication and the ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items and sundae products.
• Efficient operation of POS and gas console; process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet and beverage areas; ensure freshness and cleanliness.
• Maintain store security and cash handling procedures per policy.
• Assist with store maintenance and timely reporting; perform other duties as assigned.
