Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to guide guest service and oversee daily operations on assigned shifts. You will lead a team, uphold the Hi Five Guest Experience, and ensure a safe, efficient store environment.

The role requires managing POS and gas sales, stocking, and maintaining equipment while following all policies. Shifts include 1st–3rd; pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Able to operate POS terminal and gas console accurately.
• Capable of handling cash transactions and making change.
• Comfortable working across a full shift schedule with others.
• Maintain store standards and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience to all Guests.
• Operate the POS system and gas console and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, keep the dip cabinet full, and ensure dates are in check.
• Maintain clean counters and store equipment; monitor temperatures when needed.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
