Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily store operations and ensure a positive guest experience. This full-time role supports the Store Manager and may require 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, with a pay range of $13.50/hr-$15.25/hr.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Capable of handling cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Capable of lifting 10 pounds and working in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with shakes, ice cream products, and beverage service.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, milk, and freezer products and rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness, equipment temperatures, and safety.
• Complete time records and internal documents as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
