Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. The role entails leading staff, handling cash transactions, and maintaining store readiness across shifts. You will supervise service, stock, and safety procedures to uphold UDF standards.

The position requires strong customer service, basic arithmetic, and ability to operate POS and gas equipment. Schedule includes 1st-3rd shifts, full-time hours, and a pay range shown in the posting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle cash, checks and provide correct change.
• Basic arithmetic skills for register transactions.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with shakes, ice cream, sundaes and beverage service.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately for transactions.
• Stock merchandise and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Monitor safety, security and stock rotations during shift.
• Complete time records and other duties assigned by management.
