Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and guest experience. You will lead by example, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient service, and adherence to all policies during your shift.

The role requires handling cash, operating the POS and gas console, and maintaining product displays and safety standards. Shift flexibility across 1st–3rd shifts is included.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to handle cash, coupons, and various payment methods accurately.
• Experience operating a Point of Sale and gas console.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure product presentation is up to standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare and serve dipside items and beverages.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and dip cabinets and ensure proper rotation.
