Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Crew Members to deliver great guest experiences during shifts.
• Oversee shift execution, ensure adherence to quality standards and brand procedures.
• Assign tasks, set expectations and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Monitor labor and costs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and report equipment issues.
