• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Operational Excellence and a respectful team environment.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members as requested.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure Brand standards and safety guidelines are followed.
• Drive sales goals, execute restaurant standards, and manage cash over/short during shift.
