Dunkin' Donuts Shift Leader role involves coaching Crew Members to uphold brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team while celebrating successes and giving timely feedback.

Responsibilities include maintaining an excellent guest culture, resolving issues, ensuring proper recipes and systems, and upholding safety and sanitation guidelines during the shift.

Formación

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Basic math and writing abilities for transactions and notes.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks used in scheduling and POS.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coach Crew Members to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines on shift.
• Drive sales, support marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short.

Conocimientos

Fluent English

Restaurant supervision

Math skills

Basic computer skills

HS diploma preferred

Educación
