Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment preferred.
• Prior leadership or shift-level responsibility is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure brand standards are met.
• Work on all line positions to support the team and speed of service.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Direct and coach crew members to maintain productivity and service standards.
• Manage cash handling, drawer counts, and safe drops per policy.
