Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong math and writing abilities for cash handling and reporting.
• Basic computer skills for POS and scheduling tasks.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence and a respectful team environment.
• Coach crew members and provide training as requested.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
