Firehouse Subs - NC SC is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations during scheduled shifts. You will assist the General Manager, lead team members, and maintain guest service excellence while upholding company standards.

This role requires the ability to manage shifts, enforce policies, and contribute to a safe, efficient dining environment. The position offers both part-time and full-time options.

Qualifikationen

• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40°F to -10°F.

Aufgaben

• Reports to: General Manager.
• Oversee shift operations and ensure profitable operation during the assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health and wage laws.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist GM with coordinating operations and initiatives; participate in interviewing, hiring and training.
