Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout shifts.
• Must be mobile in walk-in freezer/cooler (40°F to -10°F).
• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure compliance with health, labor, age and equal employment regulations.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Manage profitability by controlling food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
