Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in running a profitable shift at our restaurant in South Carolina. This role is available as both part-time and full-time, and you’ll be the face of Firehouse Subs on your shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

You will oversee team members, delegate tasks, and ensure daily systems are executed with integrity while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: General Manager.
• Manage shift operations to ensure profitability within company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, hour/wage, age restrictions and ADA requirements.
• Lead restaurant team to deliver great guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist GM in coordinating and implementing current operations plans.
