Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Shift Leader in a franchise setting coaches Crew Members during each shift to uphold Brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, monitor performance, and celebrate successes with timely feedback.

Requirements include fluent English, restaurant/retail or supervisory experience, basic math and writing skills, and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive Profitability: drive sales, execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, manage cash over/short, ensure products meet Brand standards.
