Dunkin' Donuts is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members, set shift priorities, and drive guest-focused service while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or supervisory experience, strong math/writing skills, and basic computer abilities; HS diploma or equivalent preferred. This is an on-site role supporting day-to-day Dunkin' operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong math and writing abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old (where allowed by law).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to meet brand standards and guest experience.
• Set shift priorities, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Maintain guest-first culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed on shift.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure products are prepared to brand specs.

Connaissances

Fluent in English

Restaurant supervisory experience

18 years of age

Formation

High School diploma or equivalent
