Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Utilize huddle board and ensure adherence to personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
• Ensure all security procedures are executed (safe procedures, open/close procedures).
• Transition into opening/closing duties.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve complaints.
• Open, transition, and close shifts; manage line and delegate tasks.
• Maintain product quality standards and work the line as needed.
• Promote sales on shift through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions.
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practices.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Complete required e-learning modules.
