Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations on the assigned shift. You will lead the team, ensure guest satisfaction, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while following safety and cash handling procedures.

In this role, you will manage opening/closing duties, resolve guest concerns, monitor food safety, and support training and ongoing e-learning to maintain high performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of shift teams and task delegation.
• Commitment to guest service and brand standards.
• Knowledge of safety, food safety, and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts, assign tasks, and provide training.
• Use huddle board to position staff and follow policies.
• Enforce security, opening/closing procedures.
• Open/close shifts and manage line operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints.
• Promote sales through promotions and suggestive selling.
• Ensure food safety, control costs, and cash handling.
• Count drawers and complete required e-learning.
