Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. In the absence of management, you will lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service while adhering to brand standards and operating policies.

You will coach team members, manage opening/closing tasks, uphold food safety standards, control costs, and support promotions. This role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Utilize the huddle board to position the team, and follow personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Ensure all security and cash handling procedures are followed
• Promote sales on the shift through suggestive selling and knowledge of in-store promotions
• Execute and support all food safety requirements and practice

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks and training
• Open/close shift duties and transition smoothly between tasks
• Deliver great guest service and resolve guest concerns
• Maintain product quality standards and manage line operations
• Support in-store promotions and drive sales during the shift
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cash-handling procedures
• Discuss responsibilities with Owner or designee as needed
