Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead floor operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You’ll ensure quick service, guest satisfaction, and smooth shift coverage, stepping into roles as needed.

You will coach hourly staff, manage labor and safety, and support promotional programs while maintaining facility readiness and guest experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing environment.
• Natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and problem solving in guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keep service flowing and guests happy across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and service standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
