Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, overseeing bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and delivering a guest experience that makes guests want to return.

You will coach hourly team members, drive sales, maintain facility readiness, and assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking to build foundational operations and financial skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring service flow, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
