Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, guiding bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver a standout guest experience.

You will step into various roles as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction while coaching hourly staff on safety and performance. This role also involves basic labor control and cash handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication to resolve guest concerns.
• Lead by example and be present on the floor.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and sales goals.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift and oversee service across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and guest satisfaction.
• Coach hourly team on service standards, safety practices and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
