Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, supporting bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences. The role requires coaching the team, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations across FOH and BOH throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or guest-facing experience, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality, food & beverage, or guest-facing experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and guest-resolution skills.
• Hands-on, floor-first leadership style.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and sales goals.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service and happy guests.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly teammates on service, safety, and expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and promotions.
• Maintain readiness of facilities, lanes, and operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking.
