Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and support the Store Manager on duty across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts. You will ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience and guide team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will manage POS and gas transactions, stock shelves, monitor safety, and uphold company policies including tobacco/alcohol laws in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle money transactions and give correct change.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare DipSide items and serve ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain presentation; rotate stock.
• Maintain security and cash drop procedures.
• Keep store and equipment clean and temperatures monitored.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
