Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily store operations and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered. You will lead staff on duty, manage transactions, and maintain product quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, operating POS and gas consoles, stocking merchandise, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. This role requires lifting and standing for extended periods in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items.
• Ability to handle transactions and make change accurately.
• Ability to lift and move items and work in cool environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Greet Guests and ensure store is ready for service.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, and maintain appearance.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Complete time records and daily reporting.
