Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and writing skills.
• Basic math and writing abilities expected.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – use analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams – place the right people in the right roles.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to meet standards and deliver great guest experience.
• Deploy team to meet guests’ needs and service standards during shifts.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by management.
• Communicate goals and hold team accountable for performance.
• Prioritize guests and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to systems and cost controls during shifts.
• Monitor performance to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
