Job summary

Minit Stop is seeking a Shift Manager to partner with the Store Manager and oversee daily operations during shifts. You will lead by example, foster a productive work environment, and play a key role in training and developing the team while supporting your own growth.

You will supervise store activity, manage schedules, inventory, and safety compliance, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail setting with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced retail or gas/convenience environment.
• Experience training and developing team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and store operations while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations during shift to meet image and standards.
• Lead training for new hires and guide performance and conduct further training as needed.
• Support scheduling, opening/closing, inventory, ordering, and receiving tasks.
• Fulfill cashier and cook duties when needed to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
