Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, train associates, and deliver outstanding customer service at our Kaneohe, HI location.

You will drive KPI goals, manage cash handling, stock, and merchandising, and promote the store's loyalty program to build repeat business. This role requires a proactive, energetic leader who can work across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the store is clean and compliant with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
