Minit Stop Hawi, HI is seeking a Shift Manager to work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and leave satisfied.

You will lead training, manage scheduling, inventory, and safety, and help develop the team while supporting your own career growth. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Must meet Hawaii liquor and tobacco credentials requirements.
• TB clearance and Safe Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire.
• Class C UST Certification and liquor cards for counties of operation within 60 days of hire.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and effective communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to meet image and standards.
• Lead training for all new team members.
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing, inventory, and receiving.
• Fulfilling cashier and cook duties as needed.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met with proper PPE and sanitation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain equipment and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
