Minit Stop in Kihei, HI is seeking a Shift Manager to partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations during your shift, lead by example, develop the team, and support your own professional growth and development.

You will supervise store operations, train new team members, manage scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks while ensuring health and safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers growth opportunities within a valued local retailer.

Qualifications

• Requires credentials to sell liquor and tobacco in Hawaii
• TB clearance and Safe Food Handler certification required on hire
• Class C UST certification and liquor cards within 60 days of hire
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations during shift and uphold company standards
• Lead training for all new team members and provide performance feedback
• Manage scheduling, opening/closing duties, inventory, ordering and receiving
• Fulfill cashier and cook tasks as needed to support operations
• Ensure health and safety compliance, PPE usage, and sanitation practices
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Report hazards, injuries, and incidents and maintain equipment
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned
