Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Honolulu to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and staff training. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing duties while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic environment, strong product knowledge, and leadership to drive KPIs and deliver memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and cleanliness per safety and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies to prevent loss.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
