Job summary

MINISO USA in Hawaii seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will lead by example on the sales floor and at the register, ensuring product knowledge and strong customer engagement, and you may travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is cleaned and compliant with safety and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to all company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude with enthusiasm that aligns with MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
