Job summary

MINISO USA in Hawaii is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This fast-paced role requires 1+ years as a keyholder or shift leader in retail and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or shift-leader role in retail.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and KPI achievement.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Open and close the store; manage cash handling and deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and execute merchandising updates.
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Promote MINISO membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
