El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring fast service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, oversee prep, opening/closing tasks, and safety compliance while maintaining EPL standards and a positive work environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) with opportunities for growth, benefits, and meal perks. Prior experience in supervision and adherence to food safety are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred; EPL SPECS certification or 1+ year supervisory experience and pass EPL FSA after hire.

Aufgaben

• Manage opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
• Ensure service speed and cleanliness per EPL standards (QSC).
• Prioritize tasks and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash/drawer audits, deposits, and shift compliance.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure satisfaction.
