Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience and EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) certification after hire.
• Certification on EPL SPECS positions or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure exceptional service and smooth restaurant performance.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and adherence to safety and health standards.
• Coordinate tasks, break schedules, and staffing based on volume and guidance from Area Leader.
• Train team on new products and procedures and support ongoing development.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and cash drawer audits while following operational procedures.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.
