Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain customer service and speed metrics per company goals.
• Schedule staffing and supervise breaks and shift tasks.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and safety compliance.
• Greet customers and assist with orders.
