You’ll manage opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and training while guiding a team to deliver fire-grilled experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and in the absence of managers.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and cash handling.
• Ensure customer service speeds meet goals and maintain QSC safety standards.
