El Pollo Loco is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards. You will lead a team, manage tasks, and support opening/closing routines to drive smooth service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPL SPECS certification or completion of EPL FSA after hire, and prior supervisory experience in a restaurant setting. We offer competitive pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.
• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Open and close procedures, including security.
• Coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep and cleaning.
• Manage inventory checks and update system; handle deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per EPL standards (QSC).
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and audits during shifts.
• Greet customers and ensure fast, friendly service.
