Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; EPL SPECS certification or FSA after hire.
• 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and security; coordinate crew tasks for setup, prep, and cleaning.
• Maintain service speed and customer experience to meet company goals.
• Manage staffing levels and break policy during shifts.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash deposits and verify catering orders; oversee company funds.
• Greet customers and assist with orders; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
