Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality and operating efficiency. You will ensure team performance aligns with the restaurant’s business plan and guest expectations during your shift.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to train and supervise staff while managing labor costs and safety standards.

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.

• Plan and implement shift routines and operations.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
