El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to company standards.

The role involves training team members, managing opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and food safety, while maintaining speed of service and cleanliness. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified on EPL SPECS positions or must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and coordinate crew tasks for setup, prep and cleaning.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness per EPL standards.
• Manage shift staffing, breaks, and cash handling; supervise inventory and food production as needed.
• Train team members on new products and procedures and support operational changes.
• Monitor compliance with operating procedures and safety standards during shifts.
