Job summary

Auntie Anne's in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team on your designated shift and ensure operations run smoothly. You’ll maintain quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You’ll supervise daily activities, coach staff, and resolve issues, with opportunities for training and career growth in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Know when to escalate issues to store leadership.
