Auntie Anne’s in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will support the General Manager, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred).
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and store performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
• Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Step in to manage the store in the absence of the General Manager.
