Auntie Anne’s is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the team on each shift, ensuring top-quality pretzel products and guest experiences. You will supervise operations when managers are away, keeping the store running smoothly and the team energized.

The role emphasizes coaching, food safety, and maintaining standards while handling guest concerns and scheduling. Prior supervisory experience and flexibility are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• TB clearance may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns; escalate when needed.
