Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking a reliable Shift Manager in Orland Park to lead shifts, coach team members, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will ensure quality product preparation, operate the register, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of food service or supervisory experience, a completed Food Handler Certification, and a commitment to punctuality and teamwork. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Demonstrated punctuality, including arriving on time.
• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest experiences.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Open and close procedures and shift execution.
• Monitor productivity and shift performance.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
